What Oracle does Liqwid utilize?

Liqwid developers have built an oracle mechanism that combines a Plutus contract with an off-chain oracle reporter submitting transactions to update price feeds with data sourced from public key signed exchange APIs. The price feeds will use a time weighted average price (TWAP) method and average all the reported prices off-chain before updating on-chain.
